Steps To Block Someone On Outlook Mail

• To add a person or an email ID in the Outlook Block-list, first, go to settings. It is the gear-shaped icon located at the top-right corner of the page. As you will click on the settings icon a drop-down menu will appear.
• Scroll down until you find the View all Outlook settings. Click on the View all Outlook Settings option to open a new menu.
• Click on the Mail tab on the left corner and then go to the Junk email option from the shown list. You will find it in the middle of the list shown on the right side.
• On the blocked sender's page, select the “add a sender” here field and enter the email address you want to block.
• After entering the email address in the given field successfully, click on the Add button next to the box.
• At last, you can click on the Save option from the top right corner of the page. This will save and apply all the changes you’ve made i.e. block the email address from sending you any email.

In case, you are receiving a lot of unnecessary email from various email addresses then you can mark them as junk to stop receiving them in your inbox. To do so, follow the steps given below:

• Go to your inbox and select the email or emails you want to mark as junk. Once, selected, click on the Junk option on the top of the page.
• All the mails you’ve mentioned as junk will be found in the junk folder.
